One of the great things about our property is that we have a bunch of fruit trees in the backyard. This year we took advantage of the apricot tree and made apricot jam.
It was super easy. Just a few ingredients. Sorry, Mr. Lemon juice is missing from this picture.
Wash them good!
Mash all the apricots, skins and all. Then stir it all together.
Pour it in cute little containers with purple lids. Purple lids = genius!
Freeze and enjoy! You too can get your domestic goddess on!
*Domestic Man note: Mister made a second batch with jalapenos from garden. Sweet with just a hint of spicy. Delicious!
